Within Ancient Greece, Hera had a variety of names and titles - the protector of marriage, the mother of storms, the defender of men, but one name in particular meant a lot to Slave D and Mistress K. Hera was also known as Hyperkheiria, which means “Whose Hand Is Above.” Being a Domme/sub partnership (in more ways than one), how could we not choose Hera as the first in our line of chastity devices? The image of a hand that is above the locked cage, holding the symbol of the confinement in their hands - well, isn’t it an enthralling image? How can anyone resist?
When we first conceived the idea of our own chastity range we decided that offering a device that could be locked and forgotten about was very important to us. A cage that Mistress K could put on slave D with no intention of removing it except for cleaning a few times a week. Permanent chastity is a fantasy that many of us have, but the practicality of this can put a dampener on the idea. A rivet gun to fasten the device shut could be fun and seeing people snap their keys off in the lock keeps us up at night (not in a good way). We needed something different, and so the Hera Hexlock was born.
Instead of a common padlock or sliding/barrel locking method of locking your device shut we opted to use a Hexlock screw in system. Our Olympus back rings come with strong and reliable metal-threaded inserts, which allow you to screw the cage into the back ring. The connection between your cage and back ring are rock solid, which will heavily limit your ability to escape. No more sneaky releases!
Most hex screws come with a boring Allen key. Not Hera. We’ve produced a beautiful, black, stainless steel House of Denial branded pendant key that can be worn by your keyholder. Teasing slave D as I run it between my fingers has elevated our tease and denial play sessions, and wearing it on a necklace acts as a reminder of who owns his cock and orgasms.
The black Hexlock Hera kit is made from ultra strong and lightweight Nylon 12 material, then finished using an industry-leading, body-safe chemical smoothing process. There are no sharp edges, and our lightest kit weighs only 30g! Once it’s locked in place, you’ll quickly forget you’re wearing it… until a little stimulation reminds you.
You know what’s really annoying when it comes to putting on so many chastity cages? You have to pinch the parts together when you reach down to pick up your lock and push it into place. With the Hexlock Hera, we’ve introduced a snap fit to the connection pin. This will hold your cage onto the ring, allowing you to screw the Hexlock screws into place with both hands (or hands free if your keyholder is doing this for you).
The Hera chastity kit includes a back ring and cage in your choice of size. It will arrive in a beautiful display box with our branded hex key pendant and 2 black hex screws. If you’d like to customise the look of your cage simply look for M4 screws with 8mm length. You could get a different colour to make your device look more distinctive.
