I call the tube the "misery tube" and it was a little scary when I first had it inserted. The tube is much bigger and longer than I expected. But with a little lube, it slid in quickly and painlessly. The metal cap on the end is very small and the last thing you see is your shrunken, intubated penis disappear into it before it is locked in place. There is no possibility to touch the penis nor to have erections. The tube can provide stimulation though and it is possible (eventually) to ejaculate with the device in place. However there is no way to remove it. It would be nice to have the hole on the end lockable too to give extra control to the key holder.
It looks like my penis has been completely removed and replaced with just a pee-hole. My wife likes it though as it stays very clean and she makes me wear it for extended periods.

A terrific device, just right for me, and so affordable. I am an experienced chastity wearer and have a PA piercing. The urethral tube makes peeing ,slightly, less messy. It seems to not be detachable. and is long but suprisingly comfortable.
I was not used to the barrel lock and found it a bit fiddly, should have got used to it with the device off. But couldn"t wait! Very happy!
When first fitted, it was a little uncomfortable, because of both the teeny tiny size, (even my tiny cock only just fitted) and the urethral tube.
